Work plenty of hours and make great pay for a summer job.

Very physically demanding so be prepared to work long days.

Great benefits, reasonable work hours, can work from home when sick.

The job I was sold during the interview was not the job I ended up doing. My boss was initially supportive, but later pulled back all support and funding for project crucial to my jobs "success" as defined by company standards. The culture is very stressful, you have to both "keep your head down" but also be very present in the eyes of the C-Suite. It was a lose/lose situation that I'm quite happy to be done with.
