Pros

I love that this company is constantly forward-thinking and on the leading edge of changing how companies handle their contracts. The people I work with are smart, caring, and thoughtful individuals who are always helpful and kind to each other. Seeing how passionate our leadership team is truly drives us all to be just as passionate about delivering our customers a successful product. One of the best perks is being able to work from any location and the flexible hours we have to take care of personal obligations. I believe this trust in the employees by the leadership team only motivates us to ensure we work just as hard to be efficient and effective, no matter where we work from.

Cons

Healthcare benefits and maternity/paternity leave could be better.

Pros

- The work environment places a lot of trust in individuals and teams to solve problems and navigate complexity in an independent way. Leadership sets vision and priorities through the use of OKR's and relies on the team to discern and execute on achieving those goals. - The company has a strong focus on hiring people that are consistent with the culture of the company and have a strong sense of initiative and desire for continuous improvement. - Everyone at the company has a genuine belief, commitment, and sense of ownership in the vision of the company. There is tremendous internal collaboration and engagement around the product and all of our customer facing teams represent our customers in an empathetic and passionate way. - The work/life balance is excellent and the flexibility to work from home or remotely is fantastic. The company places a lot of trust in the individual to work responsibly in achieving individual and team goals while doing so in a way that gives employees the flexibility they need to still manage and maintain their lives outside the office. - The benefits offered are excellent for a small company and rival those of many large enterprises I have worked for in the past. The leaderships has a strong commitment to the continuous support of employees and their families.

Cons

- As a small company employees often have to navigate wearing multiple hats and balancing competing priorities and ambiguous outcomes. For some individuals this presents a fun, challenging, and rewarding work environment and experience. For others who thrive in more structured environments, this may be a challenging place to work.
