The company will make money and be successful in the future, I have 0 doubts about that. -Lots of resources and brain talent at an analyst and managerial level -Well funded +/- decent compensation for CPG industry...benefits and full package pale in comparison to other industries
Cons
- Massive lack of diversity. 30-person teams have 4 women. 6 of them are POC. You can figure out the rest. - Very, very little experience leading high-velocity Unicorns from leadership. You have a lot of people coming from CPG and oddball companies, but a lack of experience from leadership in the tech/startup space. +/- decent compensation for CPG industry...benefits and full package pale in comparison to other industries -No referral bonuses
