- Great first job! If you're 17/18 and studying this job pays you great for the work you do - Commission structure - Company culture - Incentives - Colleagues (Varies for each store)
Cons
- Little to no career progression. The company offers Graduate schemes but fails to inform the graduates within the company who might be interested - it would be nice if they could actually announce it in the weekly meetings with store managers and relay that message to the retail staff. - Sometimes the customer and dealing with customer service (some are good but some are just shocking) -
