Pros

If you're allowed, you can work flex time, but that's on a case by case basis. The programs are great for helping Veterans, and people in the Behavioral Health Space are tremendous. If you like working from home, that's a perk It's a great place to get experience, and go somewhere that will provide you access to fair compensation and career growth.

Cons

There is not too much inconsistency with the company decisions, A lot of bad decisions made at the top level have lead to layoffs throughout the past year on both sides of the business. Nepotism is supported from the top down, and if you're not a chosen one, you're out. They code their decisions saying "it's a case by case basis" which is discriminatory, and they're ok with it. Candidates don't get fair chances, favorites are chosen over others who may be more qualified. -This is obvious in the employees who are consistently featured in their SM posts, just take a look. Leadership just simply isn't qualified to be doing what they're doing, Aside from the layoffs, the turnover on one program was alarming, due to working in a stressful environment, with inadequate training and ridiculous requirements (you get no PTO for your first year, and cannot miss any days of training) . They will also pay employees less to maintain good profit margins for themselves on programs, and overall don't treat employees on programs with respect. The CFO is laughable, and honestly not in the right role for the company, same goes for the CEO-they could care less about employees or the programs they're running, as long as their money is coming through. They will cut employees, again, to protect their profit margins. The CFO actively ignored outrageous benefits costs for employees, buying into a plan that's absolutely horrible, but cheap. I'm talking $400-500 a pay premium cost for a high deductible family plan. with no wellness benefits. -Their own health insurance doesn't provide affordable access to mental health services.

Pros

Great team to work with. Gave real world responsibilities.

Cons

Remote interships make it difficult to get a feel for corporate culture. Not their fault, just a general comment.
