As a small team, the workload can be difficult to maintain and the role will include a breadth of skills to juggle. Everyone must show up on their A-game. There's not really room to fall behind, you will be noticed.

This place is truly a family. The cultural environment that has been built is one that I will never forget. We also have the opportunity to make a real difference in our client's lives and the brands that we work with.

They have had inconsistent growth. Some years they have added lots of people to the team and some years they take it slow. This makes it challenging to see what the future holds for my position.
