      Pros

      Flexible, some great line staff, amazing CEO, some great potential with the right team in place. Some amazing members. Still standing despite state budget crisis.

      Cons

      Higher management has no respect for team leaders and line staff. Dangerous work, underpaid and limited psychiatry options. No room for advancement because the same people keep getting promoting. Old ran down and crappy office space.

      Pros

      - flexible scheduling - reasonable expectations - abundance of support from the IPS department - good training opportunities - good work life balance - some opportunities for growth - a very healthy and cohesive upper management team (IPS) that is no-nonsense but also respects work boundaries

      Cons

      - low pay, as with all non-profits - incompetent or apathetic leadership in the Youth and Young Adult program
