*Ascent based company that focuses on learning through fun *The teams are very involved with clients and their families *Supportive staff who are always encouraging you to be your best self *Incintives, bonuses and rewards given for doing your best work *Staff have the opportunity to reward & celebrate each other using points *Free food fridays *Quarterly staff outings *Always room to grow professionally *Continuously learning new info, skills, perspective *Not a boring job! youre constantly testing your knowlege and skills as circumstances change day by day, hour by hour.

no cons to report (ive only been an employee since Jan 2025), HOWEVER, you MUST love to be around children for the best interest of a successful learning/growing environment for the clients and staff.

- supportive and respectful staff - cameras are located in every therapy room - ethical - attentive BCBA’s & leadership - supportive coworkers - communicative leadership

Cons

- no unpaid time off - schedules constantly change day of - no personal phones or watches aloud on you (could be seen as a con to some)
