Working here certainly doesn’t hurt your resume, but I’d recommend looking for other companies instead of settling here.
Cons
Everyone is passive-aggressive, the leadership often makes decisions that come at the expense of employees, and your needs are constantly being disregarded. The managers might seem nice at first, but then you’ll quickly realize that they only care about themselves; to them, employees are nothing more than tools to be used.
