Stressful Poor pay No ladder of progression Divided teams Always understaffed and expect you to work accordingly Poor IT practices Unattainable goals Extremely toxic A company of about 20 employees and they lose someone about once a month due to the reasons above. Don’t listen to suggestions or concerns
