Pros

Thunder's CEO and leadership team is very focused on the culture - and seems to be very focused on the team's wellbeing. This is reflected in communication from leaders, as well as benefits offerings that Thunder has added in the last year. The team itself is super collaborative, not a lot of ego, and having a lot of fun building the company (which is still young - <2 years old). I love the creativity that comes with having a "foot in the door" at such an early stage, and find that everyone has almost equal opportunity to add value, regardless of their title or level of career experience.

Cons

We pivot quickly, which isn't for everyone (especially those who might come from a very formal/traditional corporate culture)? Not a "con" - but Thunder doesn't yet have physical offices at this stage - everyone is virtual/remote. So, while the current team doesn't have tons of opportunity for "in-person" team-building, I imagine that could change over the next year as we grow and evolve.

Pros

High Ownership: PMs are trusted with a lot of responsibility early on, which offers a fast track for growth and learning. Interesting Clients and Projects: You get exposure to a wide range of industries and challenges, which keeps the work engaging and diverse. If you are interested in Agentforce, this is a great place to be! Startup Energy with Structure: Thunder has a startup feel with the added benefit of more mature processes being built out over the last 2 years. Despite the new processes, the firm is still small enough to respond quickly to changes or lean in and provide additional support. Collaborative Team Culture: Cross-functional teams work well together, and leadership is generally supportive and accessible. Development has moved primarily offshore, and off/onshore teams collaborate well.

Cons

Fast-Paced & Sometimes Chaotic: Company prioritization can shift quickly and differ from year to year, or even quarter to quarter as we respond to Market changes. Limited Resources: Teams are lean, so there’s not always extra support for bandwidth issues or backup coverage.
