      Open minded management that is willing to listen and adopt new strategies to overcome difficulties.

      The company is young but full of opportunities. It is growing so a lot of new challenges everyday. With the current international trading environment, it takes a lot to overcome all fast pacing trading and tariff challenges.

By valuing input from both employees and headquarters, the USA branch fosters a collaborative and enjoyable work environment. We also greatly appreciate everyone's hard work and dedication. To recognize these efforts, we host a variety of events throughout the year, providing opportunities to unwind and connect with colleagues we may not interact with on a daily basis. While we continue to face challenges related to international trade, we remain committed to working closely with our customers to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.

      Pleasant, laid back, casual dress environment and conveniently located.

      I am clarifying an earlier review. The environment was great. Everyone I worked with was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. My experience was that I was hired as a BDR with a 90 day probationary period. I was told on numerous occasions that I was doing a great job. My boss and I even sat down to outline my promotion plan within 6 to 12 months. Imagine my surprise to be let go with no warning nor explanation within my probationary period despite enthusiastically performing my job doing everything expected, and then some.
