Very nice good company environment

Nothing to add, good place to work

-Good colleagues -Direct leadership is responsive

-Almost double patient volumes (very difficult to chart on that many patients with their proprietary EMR -Salary not competitive compared with other organizations based on number of patients seen -C-suite, especially CEO, is not a clinician and has no idea about the burnout her provider's are experiencing. While direct leadership tries to convey our experience, CEO is yet to implement changes.
