Pros

- Good people - Interesting work; Clients can be really great to work with - Supportive teams

Cons

- Does not compete with other Ticketing Agents in the market. Not even close. - Pay is poor and not competitive - No progression available for CSM team - No training provided so you will be expected to sink or swim - Company goal is to grow as much as possible, as quickly as possible, staff ability and wellbeing be damned - Really tricky environment to manage staff in; There is no real vision or goal to align the departments and when you try to implement one you aren't given the support required to deliver

Pros

Genuine diversity of culture, staff have a lot of respect for each other, and you do feel genuinely valued by peers and leaders.

Cons

Some individuals who are lucky to be there thanks to their connections create a sense of negativity and toxic masculinity. Not great for culture.
