Our team and direct supervisors meet with us regularly to discuss company/team direction, as well as, our personal growth plans. The compensation, and perks are top notch. The people are fantastic and always willing to help. You're given a Udemy account to use in any way that you deem fit to continue to build up your individual skill set in support of the organization. The experience during COVID-19 has been great. They've had us all work remote to stop the spread and protect us, as well as, our families. Even while remote I never feel alone. We have a large variety of methods of communication (phone, email, Microsoft Teams) and the organization leadership has been great about showing us they appreciate the remote work.
