Executive leadership lacks the experience to scale and differentiate. They are, somehow, both very micro-managers and disconnected from the reality of TC. Constant leadership and peer turnover, process changes, and poor communication. So many silos for such a small company. The culture is not as advertised; employees are concerned about speaking up due to retaliation or being ignored. Employees are not empowered to do their jobs. No way to move up, the old guard/cool kids are not going anywhere and think they know best. Sales are way down, and many employees are dejected and mostly disengaged due to the aforementioned.
