Pros

Culture, this is the biggest buzz word today when it comes to recruiting talented employees. Tigerpaw is the real deal when it comes to culture. Yes, it's a fun relaxed environment and Tigerpaw does awesome things for their employees! We are truly spoiled! The REAL meaning of our culture is that here at Tigerpaw you come as you are, you don't have to pretend to be someone you're not here. I've worked at several places that say the same things but I've never experienced like this with true authenticity!

Cons

Right now the only con is that we don't have enough people! We need more talented, fun, and quirky co-workers to join us and take some of the load!

Tigerpaw Software Response

We love our culture and your passion for it shows you fully appreciate it. We find that people who have had other job experiences, like you, can fully *get* what we're doing here. You understand how unique it is. For anyone reading this and considering going after a job with our team of Tigers, know that we really are that passionate and focused on our company culture. A place for wilting violets, this is not. But a place for violets with nose piercings and purple hair who want to discuss the pros and cons of transcendental poets and who are dedicated to their team every day, this totally is. We're definitely focused on filling those open roles, and part of that is being more forthcoming and responsive with our Glassdoor profile. See? We're already doing it.
