      Be close to great professionals, amazing product and a lot of growth opportunities. Company invest in many training sessions for the employees.

      Cons

      Nothing major compared to other similar companies. Probably, the high growth rate of the company may push a lot quotas quarter over quarter, but its part of the game

      Experience working in a fast-paced environment

      Cons

      Negative company culture, mandatory RTO 5 days a week, no flexibility. People get burned out fast and leave fast. Evaluations are always negative and based on biased comments from colleagues, not on actual constructive feedback. No work-life balance.
