      1) Very friendly working atmosphere. Company and its employees follow work ethics. 2) Lots of opportunities for education and professional growth 3) Good health insurance

      Quite often you are overloaded with tasks, so you have to work after the end of the official working day

      Experience working in a fast-paced environment

      Cons

      Negative company culture, mandatory RTO 5 days a week, no flexibility. People get burned out fast and leave fast. Evaluations are always negative and based on biased comments from colleagues, not on actual constructive feedback. No work-life balance.
