      Your growth in the company is directly connected to your managers and if you have a manager that doesn't like you, you're out.

      Experience working in a fast-paced environment

      Cons

      Negative company culture, mandatory RTO 5 days a week, no flexibility. People get burned out fast and leave fast. Evaluations are always negative and based on biased comments from colleagues, not on actual constructive feedback. No work-life balance.
