- Management sincerely cares about their employee welfare. - Cares about the products being sold in store to their clients. - Commission based but not competitive. Commission is a team environment, so everyone is working together to meet their stores sales goals. - Fun work environment. The company takes their business seriously, but helps their employees grow. - Clientele are friendly and easy to work with. Most of homeowners remodeling, and looking for sincere advice to make their homes look better.
Cons
- No job growth. There are no positions to move up from. - Need trade discounts. There are other vendors that supply trade discounts where we loss business. - Reorganization of showrooms. Need to update some displays.
