Pros
Get to interact with a variety of clients, residents and vendors. You get to be part of your residents everyday lives. Many other hospitality jobs your meeting people once maybe twice, the relationships are short lived. Here the impact is much greater and for a longer period of time. Set schedules, its refreshing as someone who has been in this field and knows how many other jobs with in the industry do not offer set schedules. Its nice to know where and when you will be every day.
Cons
There is none. This is hospitality, many of the complaints are about people calling out or long hours. Well welcome to hospitality people. If you take on a management role and get paid to be one expect to be ask to step up and or meet your commitments.
