Pros
1) People are very helpful and nice. 2) The management has a great vision for the game industry 3) Payments are made on time 4) Management is willing to learn what's happening in different game markets 5) My supervisor is very supportive and willing to give me a lot of help and advice when I'm running around for projects in a different time zone.
Cons
1) The communication is a bit difficult when you are in a different timezone. 2) The business model is not very easy to understand but the management is willing to listen and change. 3) Sometimes, you have to be extra pro-active to ask co-workers to give you feedback on your work as they are all very busy and sometimes feedback is not sync-up in time.
