Pros
Company is very laid back, relaxed dress code. Competitive wages. Amazing communication coming from district manager- easily accessible and cares about team. Great discount and company has nice values.
Cons
Work can be boring and not very stimulating. Usually minimal foot traffic. Easy job for the pay. I wish they would have taken more time to create events to bring in foot traffic. Direct management was not the best and I think they should of had someone who was energetic and more personable run the area I was in. She wasn’t very friendly and didn’t care about customers. It was the only company I’ve ever worked for where the manager told me not to focus on the customer experience. Which is weird because it seems like the brand is really focused on their customers and corporate would be upset if they knew the way this manager was.
