I was in the international team, once they trust you you can implement your own methid and as long as the job is done, all good.

Very data oriented, not really willing to change the initial model to adapt to other countries. Not enough investment put when launching a new entity to give it the tools to get big.
Très bonne formation à l'écosystème du digital. Excellente ambiance, jeune et sympa. Restaurant d'entreprise pas trop cher

L'entreprise est bien pour 2/3 ans le temps de se former puis a de grosses limites (pas d'opportunités de changement ou d'évolutions). Le management est ultra-vertical et la culture du secret poussée à l'extrême est incompréhensible.
