Bad management. Owners are making decisions without ever being in the office for more than a few hours each week. Never consulting with the managers to understand what employees truly contribute to the company. Raises and bonuses are never based on merit, but simply what they feel they want to part with each year. They underpay and overwork most employees except the chosen few who are held high on a pedestal. Warehouse management is left on their own, often verbally abusive to the employees. Owners put unskilled people in positions simply because they are well liked. The company is understaffed and people are expected to make it work. Not real idea of how much work is done on a daily basis. I'm glad to be out of that company. I would not recommend it to anyone!
