      Strong vision Values shareholders a lot Being a manufacturing company with more than 100 years of experience, the company mainly focus on manufacturing technology and expanding its footprint in other transmission equipment's.

      Cons

      While the above mentioned points in PROS's are important, focus towards Information Technology's development is still naive and can improve a lot.
