* Timken was excellent company to work until 2018 * Timken was very employee friendly until 2018 before the new AGM took over the operations in IT.
Cons
* Timken has become worst company to work after new GM and AGM has taken over IT operations. * The leadership have no idea about IT and have no ethics to employees * They run the company like a Lala company as they their family owns the company * IF anyone is planning to join the company, please think several times before taking the decision * I had to end my career with this company due to this unprofessional management.
