      Some strong junior staff members with great potential and personalities

      Cons

      High senior team turnover No support or objectives set Very rude about clients behind their backs Everything is bottlenecked through three senior members of the team No one feels comfortable to share creative ideas Lots of gossiping/whispering by the senior team in front of the juniors Over promising to clients and not being able to deliver on pitched ideas

      Pros

      - The new office is lovely and spacious - Hybrid working and work from anywhere for 2 weeks per year - They care about Mental Health - Free breakfast and snacks + brand freebies sometimes - Learned a lot of the working world

      Cons

      - As a non-british individual I felt a little bit off in terms of social and cultural aspect - They made me redundant :( - You might have to work unpaid over time hours depending on how important you are to the company - Not very environmental friendly - Stressful vibes and doesn't feel that "drama free"
