Long hours. It's a total frat house. Don't get me wrong. I can hang with the best (was president of my college chapter), but this kind of company culture was even too much for me. All the "senior" people are friends of the founder, people in their 20s who have had no other job, yet have VP titles. Which means no real leadership. And they have yet to hire real adults because they just keep hiring friends of friends. I was excited about the possibility of working here but it didn't last long when I saw it was just an internal frat club and if you weren't in the in club, there was no chance of progressing or making any real change.
