Strange vibe in office everyday because half of the employees are scared and dislike their job. Most teams there are failing to meet set goals and there seems to be a nasty undertone of people who want to get a new job, but the high-pay keeps them there. Perfect example of wage-slaves. Micro-management, and ignorance from lower level sales managers, along with their failure to build-teams effectively leads to poor Morale and a failure to succeed. There is a disconnect from the upper management and the 'boots on the ground' that keeps lower level managers micro-managing new employees brainlessly.
