Cons
This place has probably one of the most toxic work environments that I've ever worked at and I have worked many jobs over my life. It's funny, I saw someone say that this company encourages backstabbing and gossip within the teaching group and the person that wrote that couldn't be more spot on. Of course the company made a sad attempt at lying by responding back saying that it wasn't true because they have a "strong policy against that". That is a blatant lie. This company is quick to cut hours and honestly, they seem very money hungry. Anyway, I highly suggest finding somewhere else to work. Also, don't be fooled by the fake positive reviews. I wouldn't doubt it if those were all made by the secretary up front.
