      Nice, encouraging coworkers and a good way to broaden your network and expertise

      Cons

      From the beginning this company came off poorly managed and a scam of a job. They act as if this is a serious organization but hire anyone that can start the following day. The pay is horrendous and I feel bad for anyone they take advantage of.
