8yThank you for your feedback and for being part of the TD Family. Sounds like you are in a busy store and need supplies and working equipment to keep you busy and your customers happy. Our current process for ordering supplies should have your store replenished within 48 hours. With equipment repair, your repair requests go direct to the vendor that repairs that item – we cut out the middle man. Sometimes repairs take some time but our vendors understand our commitment to our customers and have the same sense of urgency to get you back up and running. If there is ever a breakdown in these processes, make sure to let someone on your field support staff know – Regional Manager, Regional Director, HRBP. They are there to help.
