There is a huge focus on training our team members. From the annual General Manager Leadership Meeting, to in person foundational training, there is a real drive for personal and professional growth. I almost forgot... the technical training for cars today and cars of the future.
Having worked big-box retail prior, you can create your own career path, and are rarely told to stay in your lane.

You have to learn how to juggle competing priorities. While we work hard to align on direction, projects and priorities can change rather quickly.
