The office is very supportive

Some management personnel aren't very good with skills

The company is small and only 11 years but the it is set up very well. For a HR Manager and Payroll Administrator job is easy because they have a good system in place. Learning the business, trade and skills of the employees that you need find is very challenging. Good hardworking employees with specific training in each department.

One of the executive has a really bad temper, it was hard to work for and work with. He wants to micro manage the employees who are not really paid well as the technicians. I would love to stay and work for the company but I know that issue will never change.
