Pros
Coworkers was the only reason I stayed so long.
Cons
The pay is truly below par. Starting out as a new dealer to Tmobile, Titan felt like it was barely staying afloat. The turnover is ridiculous. They were not willing to pay to get the talent that they were severely lacking, which in turn meant more hours for management even though they are salary and not hourly. The benefits package was also a joke.
