Pros

Togetherwork gives you real ownership. As VP of Product, you're not pushing pixels in a committee — you're making decisions that shape the direction of multiple products across a diverse portfolio of vertical SaaS businesses. The breadth of the role is genuinely exciting, and the problems you're solving are meaningful to the communities and businesses that depend on the platform. The people make a real difference here. The team is smart, driven, and collaborative, and you'll find colleagues who are genuinely invested in building something great. There's also no shortage of opportunity to grow — the company is scaling quickly, which means the scope of the role expands with it. If you want to build out your skills in platform thinking, multi-product strategy, or cross-functional leadership, this is a great place to do it.

Cons

Like many companies in an active growth phase, some foundational processes and systems are still being built out. If you come from a more mature org, you'll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and creating structure — not just working within it. That's energizing for the right person, but it can feel like friction if you prefer everything to already be in place.

Pros

A number of the reviews on here do not reflect my experience whatsoever - I have nothing but positive things to say. I enjoy the leaders and their vision, I appreciate having the autonomy to do my job in the way that works best for me, and I genuinely like my teammates. My days are busy (but not unmanageable), the work is interesting, and for the first time in many years, I truly enjoy going to work. I am newer to the team, so I could see how those who lived through the chaos of the merger might not be happy with changes. But as a newcomer, I feel the positive momentum and am excited where this company will go in the next few years.

Cons

Benefits are pretty good, but there's always room for improvement.

Pros

I’ve genuinely enjoyed my time at Togetherwork. The people are supportive, approachable, and willing to help each other succeed. Even in a remote environment, I’ve felt connected to my team and valued and supported under the current leadership team. My manager has been a tremendous resource, providing guidance, encouragement, and opportunities for professional growth. One thing that stands out is the company’s willingness to invest in employees and provide opportunities to learn new skills, take on additional responsibilities, and explore areas of interest outside of your day-to-day role. The flexibility, work-life balance, and benefits are also major positives. It’s a place where hard work is recognized and where employees are trusted to do their jobs well.

Cons

The company has undergone significant change over the past few years, and periods of transformation can be challenging for employees to navigate. Changes in processes, priorities, and organizational structure have required teams to adapt quickly, which hasn't always been easy. While change can create uncertainty in the moment, many of these efforts have been positive from a broader organizational perspective. Today, the company benefits from strong leadership, a clear vision, and a focus on continuous improvement, which has helped create positive momentum for the future.
