Bad management, no work/life balance. Low pay - Bus Operator Tok Transit Employee Review

Horrible pay. This company doesn’t care about their employees at all. They go out of their way to try and blame the drivers for ANYTHING. They get mad if you don’t answer your phone or work on your days off. If you try and book a day off even more than a month in advance they make you do a shift exchange and work on your off day. Horrible company to work for. Lowest paid bus drivers in the GTA. HORRIBLE ROUTES.
