      Pros

      Good place to study and switch to other companies for better ctc.

      Cons

      No 'human' among HRs. Bad management applying stupid rules. You are slave for them. They deduct your half casual/earned leaves even if you miss 9 hrs punch by few minutes. Work doesn't matter for HRs, they can give you any amount of illogical reasons to let you stay in office be it spending all 9 hours in game room or cafe. Literally dont understand their logic of giving least preference to work done and to grab you through neck to make you stay or else loose salary. No growth.

      Pros

      Tokopedia is one of the best company to build up your expertise if you are a fresh graduate or just making a career pivot, as pretty much you did there and learnt there comes from your own problem solving. There is minimum professional training since most of the training comes from the current employees sharing their own experience, but this would be more relevant to your job too.

      Cons

      Limited career progression (promotion based on quota), if you just received promotion it will be hard to receive another one in the next appraisal even though you got an exceed performance rating.

      Good ambience Comfy workspace A lot of new knowledge Free breakfast Work/life balance

      Cons

      low salary (only IT get the bigger one) bad working environment unclear frameworks confusing career-path and policy
