Pros
Working in the company for almost 5yrs, I managed to gain friends as colleagues are easy to get along even the management is quite open to suggestions and recommendations by their staff. Benefits are also good in general and alot of activities to enjoy :)
Cons
The pressure and expectation could be high at times.
