      Pros

      Normal to slightly below average salary for starting out. Remote work with 1 day in office a week

      Cons

      Product direction is confusing, managers will want one thing then forget about it the next week. Engineering talent is highly lacking due to not being able to retain engineers for long. For this reason, highly lacking in mentorship. Extremely high turnover rate for a small company. Lots of managers that veers into micro management that makes the working environment toxic.

      Just international I guess. Nothing else.

      Cons

      -Founder is a two faced liar -Office is the most filthy and unsafe place you can imagine. It's actually farcical how they think that space is an office. -They don't have enough clients so are losing employees as they don't have enough work to do -In general, they don't have money

      Pros

      Working hours is flexible. You get to try out a lot of things outside your field and be involved in different sorts of projects. The management encourages you to build product mindset so there is freedom in learning something new.

      Cons

      - Depending on the weight of the project, sometimes overtime is possible. - Business is dependent on client projects - Common startup problem, the flow can be messy
