      Pros

      i really enjoy the cellular style management philosophy. the access to learning is really great as well i cant speak highly enough about how much effort they have put into making sure the cm's and acm's alike, as well as customer care and warrantee have access to online training.

      Cons

      the culture here local is all fear based and the upper management cant be bothered to hear it. area managers rule with disrespect and threats, very much bully mentality. its a huge "not my job" attitude here locally, but when VIPs come to town they shure want to claim credit.the old saying is true, it only takes one bad apple to spoil the whole bunch.

      Great co-workers, nice environment, cool company and enjoyed my time there overall

      Restrictive schedule, felt like I was always being watched/under a strict eye. I don’t feel like I learned as much as I should have

      Pros

      Brand name, large company, some people care.

      Cons

      Management not aligned, wrong people in management positions that are stuck in the past. Feels cliquey, not forward thinking. Only care about employees that were originally here before company forced changes. Wouldn’t recommend.
