      Pros

      Tollgrade had a unique market position when it comes to testing out forms of communication ranging from telecom, pots, dsl, cable, QOS, and VOIP.

      Cons

      No market vision. No one with a vision for the future of the products. Products died off and no one available with the nuts to do whats right.

      Pros

      Good benefits, flexible work hours but only if your manager allows it.

      Cons

      Senior management has no vision, product execution is very poor. There is no accountability for failure to deliver products on time, under the budget, or of the required quality. It is a waste of time to put in extra work effort since it is usually not recognized. The only way to get a decent raise is if you are working on a critical project and threaten to leave.
