Pros

There were good people TRYING to do good work.

Cons

Management's idea of motivation is beating people up. Turn over is high because they see people as disposable. Spain doesn't think that paying their bills in the US is important because they have good credit in Spain. Safety is not important to the Spanish. They have done things that endanger human health and don't care (at least that's how it looked to me). Ethics. What ethics? I've seen them lie to customers, prospects and employees then turn around and acknowledge that they can't possibly do what they just agreed to. The top management doesn't seem to understand the US market and lie to customers to get business even sending below spec material while hoping they don't get caught.

Pros

I cannot think of any Pros to working for Tolsa.

Cons

The company has no clear business model, and no real idea how to work in the U.S. Being Spanish owned provides its own set of challenges; bosses that cannot speak english, too many chiefs with ideas and no communication skills. The company during my time there was unable to pay its bills, and was often half a year behind on payments to vendors, contractors ETC. On multiple occasions I was asked to do illegal work for this company. This company lacks professionalism, integrity, and an opportunity for growth.
