Pros
-Nice Company discount -Good Health insurance
Cons
EVERYTHING - The US is treated like an ugly step child. Receives none of the perks London does and yet is expected to work twice as hard. -No structure or processes in place for maximizing sales, providing good customer service or educating clients. -Literally little to no training or product knowledge. "Training" documents and product details are posted on a portal but most of the information is impossible to find, extremely dated, or not relevant to US specification. -Poor communication with HQ in London. - No onboarding whatsoever. Not to mention HR is on holiday every other month. -Revolving door of people (including management) - monthly emails saying someone has resigned or "will no longer be employed" and therefore fired. -Absolutely no company culture, team building, or sense of excitement.
