Pros
There are a lot of great benefits TMH offers such as annual raises, bonus program, 50% off health care costs to employee and immediate family, disability, 401K, PTO and payout of unused hours, Christmas gift and party, birthday gift and certain anniversary gifts, all with a great salary. It is a progressive hospital but still has the small hospital feel as far as knowing most of the staff and feeling like a family. I believe they help with education costs too. I am very proud to say I work at this hospital.

More educational classes that are optional to attend would be nice.
