You get real scope fast and can easily ship to new users. The mission (helping people build credit without a traditional score) is easy to believe in, and you talk to users who genuinely needed it. Small, sharp team., and Leadership is candid about the numbers and where the company stands.

It's a startup, so priorities shift and the hours run heavy around launches. If you need a predictable 9-to-5, the pace takes some adjustment. A few processes (onboarding docs, internal tooling) are still being built out as the team grows.

Innovative, very fast paced- so it is not boring. mission oriented- rare to find in the world of finance. it was nice to have women/ diverse colleauges. oh, free lunch! they do offer kinda nice lunch , good if you are foodie. office is nice too

very in-office culture. and 24/7 kinda vibes.
