These best thing working here is the clients. You get to help teach tem life skills and help them learn independence. There is nothing more rewarding but to watch as these clients learn and grow and you had a hand in this to happen. I also got the opportunity to help Educate the world that these special need Adults and Children are nothing to be afraid of they just want to fit in and be normal just like the rest of the world. And that us why I love what I do! So help us help them fit in and quit being so judgemental. Make them feel and treat like a person. I do because I enjoy their company they are people too!!! The owners also make you feel like family and they do care about their employees and they show it also. This is the best place that I have worked for that I have felt so great about.

Can't say 1 bad thing about this company. Seriously these are no cons about this company that I can think of.
