First of all, thanks for all the nice words. Too often people only leave feedback when they are not happy or the experience has not lived up to expectation. I believe ToolBox is the kind of place where, if you get what we have here, it will be the best place you have ever worked. If you don't get it, it won't be all that great. As you mention, the people we have here are amazing both from a skill as well as a personality perspective. Again, as you mention, the challenges we have here are good to work on and plentiful... you won't get bored here. Again, the events are really special and unique here. I know sometimes pressure mounts when the volume or work exceeds the capacity of the teams but we always make it through by either hiring more people or working through a temporary situation. Since you posted this, we have worked on having more touch points and I hope you believe that the leadership team and owners specifically have been more communicative. Thank you for your positive feedback, I think it's a pretty special place to be.
